OCD Cleans Co is seeking a
Construction Cleaner
to join our team in Brisbane/Gold Coast. This is a
casual
position that offers flexibility whilst delivering high-quality cleaning services on construction sites.
What you'll be doing
Detailed Cleaning of new-build homes, apartments
Removing construction dust, debris, paint, silicone, adhesive, grout residue and other building materials
Completing builders cleans, pre-handover cleans and final handover cleans to the highest standards.
Cleaning windows, frames, tracks, glass, doors, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, skirting boards and all finished surfaces
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet site deadlines and scheduled completion dates
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area through each project
Travelling to different new build sites across Brisbane and Gold Coast
Using skilled cleaning equipment and products, including commercial HEPA vacuums, pole cleaning, pressure washers
What we're looking for
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
New build experience is preferred but not essential
Demonstrated knowledge of construction site safety protocols and best practices
Competency with cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and chemical application systems
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Reliable,



punctual, and professional work ethic
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to different sites across Brisbane and Gold Coast
White Card or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
Team player
