We're seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeworker to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for managing inventory, supporting daily warehouse activities, and ensuring orders are accurately prepared and dispatched, all while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate inventory levels and records
Coordinating with national warehouses
Operating forklifts to unload, move, and dispatch stock
Picking and packing orders accurately
Preparing shipping documentation
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
Optimising storage and warehouse layout
Supporting team training on forklift safety and processes
Conducting safety checks and promoting safe work practices
Working closely with logistics, procurement, and construction teams
About You
Prior Warehouse experience
Strong communicator and team player
Forklift licence (required)
Self-motivated and reliable
Safety-focused mindset
Experience in construction or solar (advantageous)
