We're looking for a
Senior Modern Workplace Engineer based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra on
a permanent, full-time basis, to be part of our Managed Services team.You will ideally have
Baseline
or
NV1
security clearance or be an
Australian citizen
able to be cleared
.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting technical solutions built on Microsoft 365 and Azure Platform.
The Role:
Designing and delivering Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Helping organisations transform the way employees collaborate, communicate and work securely.
Provide deep technical expertise across technologies including Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical leadership and best-practice guidance.
Supporting solution design, pre-sales activities and customer workshops.
Driving security, governance and compliance outcomes across up-to-date workplace environments.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs and operational handover materials.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong experience in Modern Workplace and Cloud Technology platforms
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Enterprise Mobility + Security
Experience with M365 suite: Exchange Online,



SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner.
Experience with Device Management: Remote desktop services, Virtualization (AVD), Identity Management, Intune, AutoPilot, EUC (Citrix) & Mobile Device Management
Security and Compliance: Licensing, Governance, Data management, Features, Identity Governance, Microsoft Information Protection & conditional access.
Unified Communications solutions and products across Microsoft 365 including Teams Calling, audio & video conferencing
Experience with PowerShell, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Nice to Have
MS-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
