City Beach is seeking a Marketing CRM & Lifecycle Specialist to manage and scale the customer lifecycle across emails, SMS, loyalty, automation, and cross-channel initiatives. You will unify the customer experience across stores and online platforms.
You will build segments in Emarsys, set up campaigns, analyse results, and drive retention to lift lifetime value. A minimum of 3+ years in digital marketing is required, with hands-on experience in email marketing and data-driven campaigns.
