The Bridge Youth Service in Victoria seeks a Team Leader for Youth Homelessness & Family Support to lead services across Shepparton, Seymour and Wallan. You will supervise staff, drive program delivery and ensure solid outcomes for vulnerable young people.
You will manage referrals, partnerships and reporting, contribute to CQI, and participate in Leadership Team initiatives in a values-driven, child-safe workplace.
