Hunter Street Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Partie or Section Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen on the Gold Coast. You will oversee the Entrée section, prepare antipasti and entrées, and help drive consistency and presentation.
With experience in Italian cuisine valued, you will work closely with Head and Sous Chefs, uphold food safety standards, and bring passion for Mexican-inspired menus. Full time role with salary around $79,423–$80,000.
