NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Darlington Beach Resort. Reporting to the Resort General Manager, you will lead the Food and Beverage team across front-of-house operations and events, delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.
You will partner with the Head Chef and leadership to create standout outlets and menus, build a high-performing team, manage rosters and suppliers, and ensure safety and compliance while keeping guests coming back for memorable moments.
