Pack-n-it is seeking a Customer Service & Administration Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and the production team. You will manage enquiries end to end, process orders, arrange payment and freight, and raise the paperwork to get product out the door.
This role uses cloud-based tools and your organisation skills to keep orders progressing, communicate updates, and maintain accurate records across orders, quotes and correspondence.
