Reporting to the Deputy Director-General as part of the Executive Team, you will lead the Corporate Services Division and oversee essential corporate functions supporting FFA's strategic objectives in Honiara, Solomon Islands.
Duties
Lead, manage, and coordinate the activities of the Corporate Services Division
Oversee Agency business planning, Annual Work Programme, and Budget
Provide strategic policy and technical advice to the organisation
Oversee human resources management, administration, facilities, and contracts
Support the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Framework
What You'll Bring to the Team
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, HR, Public Administration, or related field with postgraduate training
10+ years of senior executive leadership in public service or corporate operations
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse corporate functions and drive organisational improvement
Excellent awareness of fisheries issues and stakeholder protocols across the Pacific region
Highly developed communication, organisational,



and change management capabilities
