The business is built around structural engineering, supported by in-house civil and surveying. After many successful years, the Director is starting a structured transition away from the day-to-day running of the Practice. This opens a rare opportunity for a highly experienced senior level engineer to step up and help guide the next phase of the business.
You'll enjoy a high level of independence, leading a small team, driving your own projects, and shaping how the Practice operates. There is also a transparent path toward future ownership for the right person.

Boutique multi-residential projects
Architecturally driven commercial buildings
Education sector developments
