Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead our recruitment function and help us build the talent that will shape the future of AI infrastructure.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll own the strategy, execution and outcomes of hiring across the business, with particular accountability for senior and leadership recruitment. You'll work closely with executives and hiring managers across the organisation, while leading a small People & Talent team and personally managing some of our most senior and complex searches.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance strategic workforce planning and people leadership with the pace and execution required in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and execute the recruitment strategy for senior and leadership roles in line with Sharon AI's annual workforce plan.
Lead, coach and develop the People & Talent Coordinator and People & Talent Advisor, setting clear expectations and driving performance against agreed KPIs.
Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring requirements, market conditions and business priorities.
Personally lead senior, leadership and technically specialised searches from role scoping through to offer and close.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and senior positions through proactive sourcing, networking and market mapping.




Own overall time-to-hire performance across the recruitment function and intervene early on searches at risk of missing target
Oversee weekly hiring analytics and use data to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure onboarding is consistently delivered within target timeframes, resolving escalations where required.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards and search partners, including scope and cost oversight.
Lead employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to strengthen Sharon AI's position in a competitive technical talent market.
Report on recruitment performance, pipeline health and workforce plan progress to the Head of HR.
Ensure recruitment practices are fair, consistent and compliant with relevant employment law and company policy.
Build scalable and repeatable recruitment processes without creating unnecessary complexity or slowing down hiring.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
6-8+ years' experience in talent acquisition, including demonstrated experience recruiting senior and leadership positions.
Proven people management experience, ideally leading a small recruitment or HR team.
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, from requisition through to onboarding handoff.




Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and executives.
Experience recruiting within a high-growth, fast-paced or technically specialised environment is highly regarded.
Strong sourcing, market mapping and talent pipeline development capability.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and hiring analytics/reporting.
Solid commercial judgement and the ability to use recruitment data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, including the confidence to constructively challenge hiring managers when required.
Strong organisational and process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches without compromising quality.
A proactive, adaptable and resilient approach to working in a fast-changing environment.
