We are currently seeking a Guest Experience Officer to join our Head Office team in Para Hills West.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding service experiences.
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction through:
High-volume inbound and outbound service booking calls
Promoting campaigns, incentives, and special offers
Service reminders and post-service follow-up calls
Accurate data entry and database maintenance

About You

You will ideally possess:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
A genuine passion for customer service and building relationships
High levels of motivation and the ability to work towards targets
Previous experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Previous call centre or customer service experience (highly regarded)
Automotive dealership experience (highly regarded)
