My client is a large, highly reputable company based in Sydney CBD. They are seeking an analytical Commissions Analyst to join their commercial finance team. This role will deliver on streamlining commissions and reporting across ANZ to support business development and sales activity.
Key responsibilities
Preparation of commissions and bonuses for senior sales leaders
Develop internal business reports and specifications
Assist in developing financial assumptions and calculations based on the business strategic initiatives
Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
Assist on financial month end tasks on commentary reporting and reviews
Improvement and automation of manual commissions templates and Excel files
Data analysis and optimisation of the way data is collected
Provide support to the Commercial Finance team and other stakeholders within the business
About You
You will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce or economics and bring 1-2 years experience working as a Graduate or Finance Analyst. You have solid analytical skills, familiarity with FP&A; processes and advanced Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential to succeed in the role.
This is a permanent, full-time office based role in Sydney CBD.
