Hunter Valley Stays
is the No.1 Short Stay Accommodation and Property Management companyin the Hunter Valley and we are seeking current, qualified Reservation Agents to join ourenergetic and sales focusedteam.
The role will see you working 3 days a week ( 24 hrs a week ) for the first 4 to 6 weeks for training.
Then after the training period the position will be 35 to 40 hours a week as a casual position.

This role will suit an experienced reservations agent who is organised,
detail oriented
and independent professional .
Not only will this team member be able to deliver a 5-star customer experience when making a reservation or sale, they will ideally also be knowledgeable about our beautiful Hunter Valley Wine Country.
Initially, the position will commence with training of 3 x 8 hr shifts a week for 4 to 6 weeks. After training period, the candidate will be reviewed. The position will become casual of 35 to 40 hrs each week, including Sunday shifts 3 to 5 hours.

First point of contact for accommodation enquiries and bookings within a fast-paced environment and goal-oriented team
Provide superior customer service to a broad and diverse clientele of guests
Strong sales orientation, with the ability to inform, influence, and clearly communicate details on products/tariffs
End to end management of all aspects of the booking process for the guest and business
Strong communication skills including a professional phone manner and excellent written skills for emails are essential
Strong computer literacy (Experience with Mac highly desirable but not essential)
Experience with booking systems and third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo/Stayz, Booking.com etc highly regarded but not essential
Be a true team player, who will go the extra mile to promote a premium brand
Knowledge of the Hunter Valley region and its offerings
Successful Applicant will need to complete the assistant real estate license on line at Hunter Valley Stays expense.
References will be checked for the successful candidate.
