MetLife Australia is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support best-practice rehabilitation and recovery across Claims Operations. This role aims to improve health, return-to-work outcomes and customer experience while aligning with our Recent Frontier strategy.
You will collaborate with Case Managers, Team Managers and Claims Governance, providing clinical expertise, promoting early intervention and embedding the 360Health proposition with funds, employers and partners.
