House Manager - Greenslopes House

About the Role
As House Manager, you will be responsible for a fully accredited Level III residential supported accommodation facility, housing up to 70 residents with varying needs and levels of support requirements.
This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider leadership team, you will:
Lead the daily operations, presentation, maintenance, and security of the facility.
Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, audits, and quality assurance activities.
Support and monitor resident wellbeing, personal care,
daily living activities, and medication management processes.
Coordinate external support services and liaise with support workers, social workers, families, and stakeholders.
Manage resident records, reporting systems, administration, and procurement activities.
Oversee occupancy levels, resident payments, and financial administration.
Lead recruitment, rostering, supervision, coaching, and performance management of staff.
Foster a positive, accountable, and person-centred team culture.
Participate in emergency response and on‐call duties as required.
About You
We are seeking a self‐motivated, confident, and pro‐active individual that possesses an understanding and ability to demonstrate respect, professionalism and compassion within a level III Supported Accommodation environment which provides assistance and support to residents.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience managing a residential, supported accommodation, disability, aged care, or community services facility.
Strong people leadership skills, including recruitment, rostering, coaching, and performance management.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, audits, and quality systems within a regulated care environment.
Experience managing budgets, procurement, occupancy, and financial administration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A compassionate and respectful approach when supporting people with diverse needs.
Strong problem‐solving abilities and confidence working autonomously.
The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Essential Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain
Criminal history check
Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Full Australian work rights
Ability to complete all mandatory compliance and organisational training requirements
