Customer Service Representative - Call Centre | Norwest | Hybrid
We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Representative to join a supportive call centre team in Norwest.

The Role
Working within a close-knit team of four and reporting into an experienced and supportive Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling through.
You can expect to:
Handle approx.
***** inbound calls per day
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, following clear processes
Receive comprehensive training before going live on the phones




Work closely with your team and manager to deliver a high standard of service
3/2 Hybrid Split
Update records and prepare correspondence in line with company procedures
We're looking for people who:
Have robust customer service or call centre experience
Can stay calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure
Are polished in communication (written and verbal) with a professional presentation
Thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment
