We're looking for a hands-on Forklift Operator/Yard Hand to join our team at Bathurst.
If you're keen to build your skills, we'll back you to pick up extra tickets over time.
This is a day shift role with consistent hours and real variety in the work.
What you'll be doing
Operating the forklift
Loading and unloading trucks, skip bins and trailers
Sorting and grading ferrous and non-ferrous metal
Providing a high standard of service to customers in the yard
Helping keep the yard safe and running efficiently
What you'll need
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work independently and stay on task




A professional, customer-focused approach when dealing with people on-site
Willingness to learn and take on new tickets over time
Experience in scrap metal, recycling or a similar industry is a bonus but we'll provide training for the right person
