Role Description
This is a 360-recruitment role, and you will be focusing on the recruitment of Permanent and Contract.
Principle Accountabilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Write and post adverts for open vacancies.
Actively headhunt candidates using Linkedin and other recruitment tools
Meet clients and build long lasting relationships.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Self starter with a determination to succeed.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A great work ethic with desire to get the job at hand done.
Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on permanent placements.
Experience in technical/engineering or accountancy/finance recruitment




Developed client relationship management skills.
