Location: Tennant Creek and the surrounding Barkly region Job Title: Rural Remote Team Leader - Registered Nurse OR Aboriginal Health Practitioner Classification: Nurses other smaller Barkly outstations that may have Anyinginyi Health clients and families residing from time to time).
The Rural Remote Team Leader will coordinate and work within a small team providing community-based approach to the Barkly remote communities and outstations in accordance with the Anyinginyi Health, Primary Health Care Delivery Model.
Based in Tennant Creek.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations .
Directly managing the Rural and remote health team.




Provide leadership and support for this team to provide remote outreach clinics and promote health awareness and provide public health responses, health assessments, screening, treatment, management and contact tracing follow ups in the Barkly region .
You will be required to participate in the continuity of patient care , being a leader and coordinator in helping improve patient and better community outcomes within the role.
