Job Description Key Responsibilities Paint and refinish vehicles to required quality standards.
Prepare panels by sanding, smoothing and masking surfaces.
Mix and colour-match paints accurately.
Apply primer, finishing coats and touch-ups using spray guns.
Sand, polish, wax and finish painted surfaces.
Apply rust-proofing treatments where required.
Maintain painting equipment and consumables.
Complete job sheets, records and quality checks.
Identify and rectify painting defects.
Assist with apprentice training and attend required training.
Follow company procedures, WHS requirements and PPE standards.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and report hazards, incidents and faulty equipment.
Requirements Candidate Requirements AQF Certificate III + 2 years on-the-job training OR AQF Certificate IV Relevant experience in vehicle painting and refinishing Experience in panel preparation, sanding and masking Skilled in paint mixing and colour matching Experience using spray guns for primer and finishing coats Experience in paint touch-ups,



polishing and finishing Knowledge of rust-proofing treatments Ability to maintain painting and refinishing equipment Strong quality and attention to detail Good WHS and safety awareness Ability to follow job sheets, procedures and manufacturer specifications Ability to complete work within required deadlines Preferred: Experience in accident-damaged vehicle repairs.

Requirements Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as an Automotive / Motor Mechanic Mandatory experience with luxury or premium brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, etc.
Candidate must be eligible to apply for Australian Skill Assessment (TRA) Willingness to relocate and work in Australia Basic English communication skills (IELTS required at visa stage)
