Job Description We are looking for a results-focused and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to join our Employment Services team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities at volume for our clients.
You'll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together , guiding how we support clients, our communities and each other.
In this role, you will: Develop and manage relationships with national employers to generate job opportunities Coordinate the delivery of pre-employment programs in partnership with employers to support high volume recruitment outcomes.
Facilitate successful interviews, placements and onboarding of clients into employment opportunities Develop innovative workforce solutions that meet employer needs while creating meaningful career pathways for clients.
Create diverse and inclusive employment opportunities.
Act as a trusted partner for employers, ensuring a seamless and coordinated experience across all stakeholder interactions Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable employment outcomes and exceed performance targets.
Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has experience managing employer relationships,
partnerships or key accounts Has a proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrates robust communication, influencing and negotiation skills Thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated to exceed KPIs Is confident in building relationships and engaging stakeholders from diverse industries Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence Additional Information We believe in supporting you, so you can support others.
