About You: Fenner Conveyors is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our manufacturing team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of all maintenance activities across our plant and equipment.
By collaborating closely with production, engineering, and trade teams, you will play a critical role in maximising equipment availability and minimising production downtime.
What You Bring Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance planning within a large-scale manufacturing, industrial processing, or heavy industry environment.
Demonstrated experience using Mainpac CMMS for maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Strong understanding of preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance methodologies.
Experience planning maintenance activities for complex manufacturing equipment such as conveyors, process machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and automated systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical documentation.
Advanced computer skills including Mainpac, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of maintenance KPIs and reliability principles.
Proven experience planning major shutdowns and equipment overhauls.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding safety systems including risk assessments, permits, and isolation procedures.
