full-time basis.
About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to various department
Answering questions from patents, visitors, and staff, providing them with accurate and timely information
Must
be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster
,
which means you must be available for all shifts, day/night, weekends and holidays.
About You:

Previous experience in a fast-paced switchboard or similar role.
A robust commitment to providing excellent service with courtesy and respect for everyone you interact with.
Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including excellent enunciation, articulation, and listening skills for effective telephone conversations.
Values honesty, integrity, and ethics
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to handle issues and resolve conflicts effectively
