Social Creative Director
who can jump straight into the business for a rapid-paced one-week engagement, bringing fresh thinking, strong creative direction and an understanding of what makes audiences stop scrolling.
THE SOCIAL CREATIVE DIRECTOR ROLE
This is a short, high-impact contract for someone who knows social inside out. You'll take the lead on creative direction across social media, working with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into engaging, platform first content that builds awareness and drives audience engagement. We need someone who can hit the ground running, quickly understand the brand and confidently shape creative that feels relevant, distinctive and built for social.
RESPONSIBILITIES




Develop and execute innovative, social-first creative strategies
Lead the creative direction of social campaigns and content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative and commercial objectives
Create concepts that drive engagement and strengthen brand awareness
Ensure consistency, quality and brand alignment across social content
Use creative storytelling to produce content that resonates with target audiences
Deliver at pace within a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Proven experience as a
Creative Director, Social Creative Director or senior social creative
Strong portfolio of successful social-first campaigns
Excellent understanding of social platforms, audiences and content trends
Strong conceptual thinking and creative storytelling ability
Experience working with major consumer or retail brands highly regarded
Comfortable leading creative while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Available immediately for a one-week contract
