Working Hours:
Monday to Friday,
9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
Professionally answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls
Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Collect and maintain accurate customer records
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for Directors
Prepare correspondence, reports and business documents where required
Perform data entry and maintain filing systems
Process invoices and assist with bookkeeping using MYOB
Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
Liaise with customers, suppliers and staff professionally
Follow up outstanding invoices and overdue accounts
Contact customers by phone and email regarding outstanding payments
Maintain confidentiality of all business and customer matters




Perform other administrative duties as required
Fix invoice issues and work with dispatch to correct packing errors.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration or as a Personal Assistant
Experience using MYOB is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
