This role is about growing our Instagram influencer network across the region: sourcing, onboarding and building relationships with creators who help shape what our brand looks like locally. Spanish and Portuguese are essential, along with a good read on the culture, so you can spot what's genuinely going to land with audiences there.
What you'll build with us:
Day to day, this means managing influencer relationships, guiding creators on content that performs and analysing what's driving engagement across LATAM. Negotiating deals and commission structures is part of it too, along with staying on top of Instagram trends and what's likely to go viral locally. Instagram partnership experience is a big plus. We're after someone who can pick this up and hit the ground running.

The impact you'll make:
Identify, source and onboard new LATAM influencers primarily on Instagram to grow our influencer base across Latin America
Build strong relationships by providing influencers with ongoing support, guidance and tools to optimise their content and drive engagement
Handle day to day engagement,



communication and relationship management with influencers — conducting all outreach and correspondence in Spanish or Portuguese depending on the market
Work closely with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand goals and resonates with LATAM audiences and has the potential to go viral
Monitor Instagram trends, algorithm shifts and content formats relevant to LATAM communities to guide influencer strategies
Collaborate with creators to produce witty, engaging and shareable content tailored for LATAM Instagram audiences
Analyse performance of influencer content, spotting patterns in what drives engagement and what doesn't
Identify opportunities to scale influencer and affiliate programs across LATAM regions and audiences
Keep a pulse on crypto, online gaming and affiliate marketing trends on Instagram to ensure competitive advantageTrack competitor activity and benchmark affiliate and influencer strategies in the LATAM space
Your track record:
Fluent Spanish speaker — written and verbal proficiency is essential
At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing with a strong focus on Instagram campaigns and creators
Demonstrated experience working with LATAM creators, influencers, or audiences across key markets including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia or other Latin American countries
Deep understanding of Instagram features, algorithms and content formats
Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to use tools such as Creator IQ, HypeAuditor or similar tools
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements with influencers and affiliates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a solid advantage) for clear, engaging communication with influencers, affiliates and internal marketing teams




Problem solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot quickly and propose creative solutions to optimise campaign performance
Bonus points if you also have:
Portuguese proficiency (spoken and written) - this is highly desirable given Brazil's scale in the LATAM market
Experience running campaigns across Meta platforms and familiarity with influencer campaign tools
Deep familiarity with LATAM cultural nuances across key markets (e.g. Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile)
Exposure to crypto, gaming or betting industries — nice to have, but not essential
