We are currently seeking a
qualified and passionate Lead Educator
to become a valued member of our dedicated team.
About the Role:
As an educator at Freckles, you will:
Create and deliver play-based, engaging learning experiences tailored to each child's interests and needs.
Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Assist with planning, documentation, and reflections in line with the EYLF and NQS.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning setting.
What We're Looking For:




Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent).
A current Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Passion for early learning, with a child‐centred approach.
Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Reliability, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow professionally.
