What You'll Be Doing
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
Complete clinical assessments and medication management
Develop and review individualised care plans
Monitor resident health and respond to changing clinical needs
Mentor and support care staff to deliver high-quality care
Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
About You
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care
Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care
Unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
