The role focuses on antenatal and postnatal support for vulnerable families, working within a nurse-led, multi-disciplinary model to strengthen parent-child relationships and family functioning.
The SNF SW provides advanced practice, supervision and guidance, supports case conferences, and delivers individual, family and group interventions to families with complex psychosocial
