Fulcrum is seeking an experienced property manager to own the end-to-end performance of a retail centre and an industrial estate in Sydney. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, leasing coordination, and day-to-day portfolio management, collaborating with agents and tenant representatives to maximise value.
You will report directly to the Head of Asset Management and help shape how the portfolio is run as systems migrate.
