About the Role
As a Senior PYTHA Drafter, you will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed and production-ready shop drawings for a range of joinery projects.
You will interpret architectural and design documentation, resolve technical details and collaborate with our internal teams to ensure each project moves smoothly into production.
This is a full-time, office-based position. Remote-working applications will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate and detailed joinery drawings using PYTHA
Review and interpret architectural plans, specifications and design documentation
Prepare clear, production-ready shop drawings
Resolve technical and construction details before manufacture
Collaborate closely with the design, project and production teams




Identify potential issues early and contribute practical solutions
Maintain drafting accuracy, quality and consistency across projects
Provide technical guidance and support to junior drafters when required
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience using PYTHA within the joinery industry
Strong knowledge of joinery construction, materials and manufacturing methods
The ability to interpret architectural plans and translate design intent into buildable documentation
