Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
SAP Project Manager
to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation, upgrade, and integration projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end SAP projects
from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams across modules and integration streams.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage
SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and transformation
initiatives.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, system integrators, and internal technology teams.
Ensure effective
testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, and hypercare




activities.
Track project financials, resource utilization, deliverables, and overall project performance.
Identify and resolve delivery blockers and elevate critical risks/issues appropriately.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and SAP delivery methodologies.
Lead project teams using
Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
as appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT/project management experience
, with significant experience managing SAP projects.
Proven experience delivering
end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation projects
.
Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle, implementation methodology, testing, migration, cutover, and go-live.
Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of
project planning, governance, RAID management, budgeting, and resource management
.
Experience working with
SAP S/4HANA
environments is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in large-scale
enterprise or global SAP programs
.
