We are searching for a
Restaurant Manager
to head up our restaurant in Kelvin Grove.
About our Brand
We are Zambrero.Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, Air Fried Chips and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. For you, that means you will always work with yummy fresh ingredients that won't leave you smelling like you just came from work.
But we are not just a healthy quick-service restaurant! We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.
What you'll do
Our
Restaurant Manager
takes pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and the financial results.
Managing your people, including recruitment, training, staff reviews, rostering inc labour Management, and resolving any employee issues including grievances
Ensuring our food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
Stock ordering and Management.




Office administration duties such as paperwork, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policies
Compiling, preparing, and maintaining profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls with regard to cost of goods and labour
Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant
Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
You will bring high energy, enthusiam and an ability to make every person who walks through the door feels welcome , valued and looked after.
What you'll bring
Previous management experienceas either a key Manager or Supervisor keen to take the next step
Passionate about building a excellent culture within the restaurant- focused on exceptional customer service, working together, helping those in need, and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work.
