We are looking for a Project Administrator Assistant to join our Project Management Office in our Wetherill Park office.
Assist the Project Management Office with all aspects of delivering products to market
Updating and creating of data for new products and its dependencies within Haltech internal systems
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for inclusion in product packaging, on the Haltech website and Haltech Knowledge Base




Setup and processing of orders with suppliers for raw materials for new projects
Project Reporting
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system
Computer proficiency within Microsoft applications

Comfortable to work autonomously and proactively
Ability to multi-task
Good time management
Ability to use Netsuite or similar ERP systems
Ability to research and write product guides and related material
General automotive performance and industry-related knowledge or interest
