TUI Group in Sydney is seeking a Port Delivery Agent to ensure seamless cruise operations across shore excursions, transfers, land programs and turnaround services. You will serve as a key liaison between cruise lines, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate requirements and deliver in office service.
You will oversee bookings, documentation and real-time issue resolution, support cost control and system updates, and help recruit and schedule casual staff for turnaround operations.
