About the Role
We're looking for a
Meta Ads expert
who's ready to step up. You'll step into a portfolio of high-performing ecommerce clients, drive ad performance end-to-end, and if you're ready, grow your own team within 6-12 months. This is the perfect role for someone who wants autonomy, challenge, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.

What You'll Be Doing
Owning client relationships (WIPs, reviews, performance chats - no middle account manager)
Constantly iterating and optimising for growth
Keeping your skill set razor-sharp - we want masters of their craft
Collaborating with a talented, fully remote team that moves rapid
You'll Thrive If You Have
2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience (TikTok & Pinterest a bonus)
Experience managing $80k+/month ad spend per account
A passion for ecommerce and performance marketing
The confidence to speak directly with clients and solve challenges
An eye for detail, a systems mindset, and strong commercial instincts
Agency experience (preferred, but not essential)
