Fixed Plant Machine Operator wanted for a busy site based operation in Laverton, paying $***** per hour with regular overtime. Key responsibilities
Control and operate fixed plant equipment across multiple shifts, ensuring smooth production flow
Maintain and service machinery in line with site policies to support effective operations




Accurately manage control room functions and monitor equipment performance
Handle materials movement and data entry related to shipments and stock replenishment
Take part in safety meetings and initiatives to uphold a safety first environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience operating fixed plant equipment in a similar environment
Valid forklift licence with experience operating counterbalance forklifts
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong safety awareness and commitment to site procedures
Availability across varying shift times, including early mornings and afternoons
Physical capability to lift up to 15kg regularly
