About Our Client
Our client is a long-established, family-run timber processing and supply business located in Bulahdelah, NSW. The company specialises in manufacturing and distributing high-quality hardwood products including flooring, decking, fencing, and structural timbers
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and manager the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring an efficient and high quality manufacturing processes.
Ensure products are manufactured to quality specifications.
Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer orders.
Build and maintain a strong, motivated team, ensuring all staff are trained.
Rostering staff on workstations on a rotational basis.
Promote a culture of open communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
What You Will Need
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Current NSW Drivers Licence (mandatory)
