Shane's Trees is a forward thinking Arboriculture company starting in Sydney for over 30 years. With our presence well established we are on the look out for an experienced Climbing Arborist to join the crew.
About the role
The role will be wide-ranging, including working on-site as a key member of the team and assisting with job co-ordination and leadership.
Our crews are made up of qualified Arborist's, Climbers and non-climbers, Truckdrivers and Grounds crew.
If you are highly motivated, reliable and a true master of your craft you will fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Arborist tasks such as tree removals and tree pruning to Australia standards
Coach and train apprentices and junior team members
Manage and implement WH&S; systems on site and implement safe work practices
Operate and maintain plant and machinery and adhere to company requirements
Client liaison - build and maintain positive client relationships
Skills & experience
Customer service and Client liaison skills
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Punctual with a strong work ethic
Minimum 3 years industry experience
White Card




Drivers Licence
Cert III in Arboriculture (or international equivalent)
MR or HR Licence
First aid certificate
EWP ticket (Preferable but not necessary)
Knowledge of WH&S; environmental and council regulations (Preferable but not necessary)
RIW certificate(Preferable but not necessary)
ESi II certificate(Preferable but not necessary)
