About The Role
Driving Mobility is seeking a permanent full-time Customer Service Advisor - Sales to support its growing business.
The Customer Service Advisor - Sales is the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a warm, professional, and knowledgeable customer experience from initial enquiry through to quoting, booking, and after-sales follow-up.
This role is about providing superior customer service and building genuine relationships with our clients by responding promptly to inbound enquiries, following up on leads, and guiding people through their options with care and product knowledge.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver Superior Customer Service
– Provide a warm, welcoming first impression for every customer, offering accurate product information and genuine care so each client feels heard, valued, and well supported.
Manage Enquiries & Bookings
– Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in person, guiding customers through needs assessment, quoting, and booking confirmation.
Systems & Data Accuracy
– Accurately enter all information throughout the customer journey into Mechanic Desk, HirePOS, and HubSpot.
End-to-End Customer Journey




– Support the customer from initial enquiry through to job completion and handover, following up post-delivery to check satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Support Operations & Job Delivery
– Assist Operations on job-related enquiries and help ensure works are delivered on time to our clients' expectations.
Inventory & Supplier Coordination
– Assist Sales and Operations with inventory control through knowledge of products, suppliers and lead times, including liaising with suppliers and assisting with parts ordering and stock organisation.
Drive Continuous Improvement
– Help us remain an industry leader by identifying and supporting process improvements while remaining aligned with company policies and industry standards.
About the Person - Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
2 years' experience working within a customer focused, customer service or sales support role.
A genuine passion for delivering superior customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Experience following up on enquiries and leads, and guiding customers through their options.
Experience in scheduling and maintaining calendars.
Understanding of stock control and inventory.
A strong ability in time management.
Solid communication skills – both face-to-face, over the phone and written.
Demonstrated ability to support customers end-to-end — from initial enquiry through to quoting and booking confirmation.
Confidence in following up with customers and asking for feedback.
Strong knowledge of IT technology.
Experience in O365, CRM, Quoting Systems (HirePos, HubSpot, and Mechanic Desk).
