Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel – Property
We are currently working with a highly regarded organisation who is seeking to grow their team. You will be working with a business that is making its mark in its sector, with operations across Australia. This is an exciting time to be working with this organisation as it is in active acquisition mode.
This role would suit a property lawyer who is seeking a role with no two days the same and a growth pathway, working alongside a General Counsel with a top-tier background.
In this role you will focus on property and commercial matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development agreements, subscription agreements, heads of agreements, non-disclosure agreements, due diligence,



reviewing and negotiating business and share sale agreements and JV agreements and transaction management through to completion.
You will be given the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skill set supporting other areas within the business including general commercial contracts, procurement, construction, HR/workplace and supporting the company secretary as required.
We would like to speak with Associate or Senior Associate level property lawyers with experience working in mid/top-tier firms or a similar in-house workplace.
