Alstom is seeking a Training Leader at our Wulkuraka Maintenance Facility in Queensland. This 12-month fixed-term role focuses on directing the Training function, building capability across the site, and guiding a dedicated Training team to deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical training.
You'll collaborate across teams to design practical in office programs, assess competency, support progression, and ensure safety, compliance and continuous improvement in depot operations.
