Abbott ANZPI is seeking a Commercial Excellence leader to drive sales force effectiveness and supporting systems across Infectious Disease portfolios to achieve business goals. Reporting to the Country Manager ANZPI, you will plan, direct and coordinate affiliate improvement initiatives as agreed.
You will define the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Commercial Excellence principles, build analytics and dashboards, and coach sales managers to sustain high performance in a global organisation.
