Built is seeking an HSE Advisor to partner with project teams, influence protected behaviours and strengthen the safety culture across sites in Australia. You will support the National HSE Strategy, provide practical guidance and help ensure systems are effective and embedded on every project.
You will monitor safety performance, assist with incident investigations and drive continuous improvement while delivering HSE training and coaching to teams on site.
