About the Role
As the Executive Assistant and Project Officer, you will be a trusted partner to the Executive Director Family Law, providing high-level executive support while coordinating projects, initiatives and operational activities across the division.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive support, including diary management, travel and correspondence management.
Prepare and coordinate briefings, presentations and executive documentation such as agendas and meeting minutes
Lead and support Project Officers and Coordinators to deliver key objectives.
Coordinate projects, meetings, events and divisional initiatives.
Develop, review and maintain administrative systems, records and confidential information.
