This is a role for someone who wants to perform at a high level while representing an established brand with decades of history and a strong position in the Australian RV market.
The Role
You'll be responsible for guiding customers through one of the most exciting lifestyle purchases they'll make.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing showroom, phone and online sales enquiries
Following up opportunities with discipline and consistency
Building strong relationships and understanding each customer's lifestyle and travel needs
Matching customers with the right caravan, motorhome or used RV
Presenting and demonstrating the Jayco range with confidence
Negotiating and closing sales
Achieving volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets
Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Delivering a premium customer experience from first enquiry through to handover
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Developing strong specialist knowledge of the Jayco range and RV market
Who We Want

Demonstrated success in
RV, automotive or high-value retail sales
A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong closing, negotiation and follow-up skills
The ability to build trust quickly and develop long-term customer relationships
A professional, polished and confident approach
Strong personal accountability and a genuine drive to succeed
The ability to manage leads and opportunities without needing to be constantly managed
A customer-first mindset combined with strong commercial awareness
