The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced F&B; Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, this role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Restaurant, Bar and other F&B; outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards in line with the hotel's brand.

The successful candidate will be required to:
Manage day‐to‐day operations across all F&B; outlets
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
Supervise security arrangements and outlets maintenance
Ensure legal compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns in a timely and qualified manner
Assist with rostering, staffing levels, and performance management




Support cost control initiatives, including stock management and waste minimisation
Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to promote all products and ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain strong product knowledge and promote upselling opportunities to ensure targeted profit achieved
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or duty manager position within Food and Beverage & Bar operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to work in a structured, high-volume hospitality environment
Solid understanding of hospitality operations, including restaurant, bar, and events service
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
Knowledge of relevant Australian workplace health and safety regulations
Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent practical knowledge and experience
RSA certification (required)
