Queensland Health on the Gold Coast is seeking an ICT Support Analyst to provide timely incident investigation, diagnosis and incident management aligned to agreed SLAs. You will support Deployment Coordinators, assist with stock management, device deployment and asset verification across WSR sites.
You will bring proven ICT environments experience, ServiceNow and ITIL familiarity, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior staff and producing transparent system documentation.
