The trustee for Golden Banana Services Trust in Queensland is seeking Horticultural Supervisors or Specialists (Shed/Field Supervisors) for a full time permanent role in Tully. You will oversee harvest, packing and storage of horticultural produce and manage packing shed output to handle seasonal fluctuations.
You will supervise daily farming activities, train and supervise farm workers, and maintain accurate records to meet business requirements.
